THE PREDATOR ELITE: S1/CH8/"PIMP"

Season1/Chapter8
"Pimp"

"Nice car," said Eleanor. Atlas looked at her and said, "Yes, It is." She said, "Where did you get it?" Atlas was looking at his Apple Air Notebook. He said, "I used an app that allows you to do everything online. When I picked up the car no one was there, all I had to do was use the app on my cell to unlock the door and activate the car. There was no salesperson and therefore no witnesses." Eleanor was scanning the area as she and Atlas sat in the car. She said, "Nice. Did you use our favorite alias?" "Yes, I did," said Atlas. Eleanor looked at her husband. She smiled with warmth. She said, "I love you. You know that don't you?" Atlas looked at her and said, "Yes, I know. I love you too." They both were silent for awhile. Atlas continued working on his laptop.

Eleanor saw a car approaching the building they were watching. A man got out with two body guards. She said, "Is that our friend?" Atlas said, "Yes, that is him." Eleanor took a deep breath and then she said, "So, he likes to pimp out children?" "That is correct. According to police records, Mr. Oliver North has been investigated for propagating child prostitution and child pornography." Eleanor squeezed the steering wheel. She said, "He's just an upstanding citizen, an asset to society." Atlas heard the tone in his wife's voice. He did not comment on it. He said, "He has been charged but never convicted." Eleanor said, "So what you are saying is that he is smart or lucky." "Or both," said Atlas. Eleanor reached over and grabbed Atlas's forearm. She said, "He is mine. I will deal with him. Atlas saw the intensity in her eyes and said, "We need to be in and out. There's no time for extended shenanigans. We don't know if there are secondary alarms or more men." Eleanor gave him a devilish smile and said, "I'll be as quick as I need to be. No need to worry." Atlas closed the laptop and place it in the back seat. He said, "Okay, Let's go." Eleanor stopped and said, "By the way Atlas, Be a dear and kill the guards." Atlas lowered his eyes. Eleanor continued, "They aided and abetted in the vile acts of men raping children. They need to die. So be a dear and end their lives." She smiled and as she got out of the large size SUV. "Understood, dear." Atlas said, "Understood, not a problem."

They entered the home. Atlas disabled the security alarm using a small electronic device. He said, "Is your ear piece in?" Eleanor said, "Yes and I can hear you loud and clear. I'm going upstairs." Atlas said, "Okay, I'll take care of the guards." Eleanor gave him a stern look. Atlas knew what it meant. He had acquired the plans to the house. He knew where the guard station was located. He headed that way. He found the guards in the camera room. They were fiddling around with the equipment because there monitors had frozen. Atlas walked up to the room. He opened the door and toss in a small canister. The canister held nerve gas and acted instantaneously. The guards were dead before they hit the floor. He was indifferent about the matter. He would have preferred to not kill the guards but his wife was right. They had a hand in their bosses business. They should die and they did.

Eleanor made her way upstairs. She checked several rooms until she came upon the room with the pimp. He was in bed and appeared to be sleeping. Apparently, he had taken some sort of opioid. He was in a daze like state. Eleanor smiled a wide smile. "God loves me," she thought. She went over and she knew just what she wanted to do. As she approached, the pimp noticed her. He said, "What are you doing in my bedroom?" Eleanor stopped for a second and said, "You'll see." The pimp had a hard time getting off the bed. He tried but was unable to. Eleanor had a hand bag with her. She took out some nylon rope and began to tie the man up. She had him in a spread eagle position when she was done. The pimp began to sober up. He said, "What is this? What are you doing?" Eleanor tilted her head and looked at him. She said, "So, you like f***ing children? Well, it's time someone f*cked you." The man was beginning to comprehend what was going on. Panic began to creep into his psyche. He said, "No. Wait. You don't have to do this." Eleanor said, "That's where you are wrong, pimp. I do. I need to." The man was thrashing and turning as Eleanor used a knife to strip off his pajamas. He laid now naked. Eleanor gave him a look of discuss. The man said, "Wait, I have money. Here in my room. I have lots and lots of money. It's yours if you let me go." Eleanor paused and said, "Where is this money?" The man said, "You have to promise to let me go." Eleanor said, "Where is this money?" The man said, "Under the bed, you will find it under the bed." Eleanor stood there holding the knife. She said, "How much?" The man said, "Nearly twenty million."

THE PREDATOR ELITE: S1/CH7/"ABNORMAL ACT"

Season1/Chapter7
"Abnormal Act"

She woke up early, earlier than usual. She went to the cellar and began. She works-out periodically but this morning was different. She went through her usual paces but with a higher intensity. She could feel the rage from the night before still burning. If she could kill them again, she would. She wanted to. She finished and went upstairs. There, she found Atlas sitting at the kitchen table. She said, "Good morning." Atlas was reading the Sun Sentinel. He didn't look up. He simply replied, "Good morning too you." Eleanor went to the fridge and got a bottled water. She stood their, her breath slightly elevated, drinking. She looked at her husband. He looked at her and said, "How was your work-out?" Eleanor said, "Fine." He said, "Did you go through all of your calisthenics?" She kept drinking her water and then said, "Yes, I did." He said, "Knife work too?" Eleanor said, "Of course, my fave." Atlas set the paper down and took a deep breath.

He looked at her and said, "Two men were brutally murdered last night. According to the paper, the assailant was proficient with a knife." Eleanor sat down at the table. She waited. Atlas continued, "The police believe it to be a crime of passion but for the second man." Eleanor had her hands on the table, one holding the bottle water and the other resting on the table. She said, "I know there is a point to this. What is it?" Atlas straighten up in his seat. He said, "One of the men was your old boyfriend, Anderson Reed." Eleanor did not look surprise. She knew better when dealing with Atlas. She said, "So what's your point?" Atlas said, "An old lover, a problem at work, a crime of passion. I just want to know if you had something to do with this?" Eleanor was silent for a few minutes. She then said, "Atlas, don't ask questions to which you don't want the answers to." Atlas leaned back in his chair. He crossed his arms over his chest. He said, "Did you cover your track properly?" Eleanor appeared to be growing tired of this and she said, "As much research and reading we've done on crime scene investigations, I'd hope so." Atlas replied, "Just checking."

Atlas reached into his pocket and removed a small plastic medicine container. Eleanor said, "What's that?" Atlas said, "It's for us." "What is it?" said Eleanor.  Atlas said, "It's Clozapine." Eleanor got up and went to the sink. She stood there with her back to it. She said, "Okay, again, what is it for?" "It's for the treatment of psychotic behavior." Eleanor laughed. She said, "Psychotic behavior. What are you saying? Are you saying that we are, I am crazy?" She laughed even more. Atlas was still in his calm demeanor. He said,"If we went to see someone, they would diagnose us as suffering from a shared psychosis." He paused. "They would say that what we are suffering from will only get worse." Eleanor stomped over to the table and forcefully sat down. She said, "When you say we, you mean me?" Atlas said, "NO. I mean both of us. We started out avenging what was done to our son. But, we have expanded our purview to a wider brush." Eleanor was staring through her husband. She said, "I'm not crazy. I'm a vigilante, plain and simple." Atlas was looking at his wife with no judgment in his eyes. He said, "The things you do go beyond the abnormal act of taking a life." "Really," said Eleanor. "And what about our friend downstairs?" "Is that normal." Atlas shook his head and said, "He is a special case. He is the primary case. There is no dispute when it comes to him. But, the others are becoming studies in madness, especially where you are concern." Eleanor eyed the Clozapine. She said, "And what's that suppose to do for us?" Atlas said, "It will keep us anchored to reality."

THE PREDATOR ELITE:S1/CH6/"THREESOME"

Season1/Chapter6
"Threesome"

The Motel 6 on U.S.1 was as expected. It was compact, quiet, clean and had multiple entry points. Anderson Reed walked in and said, "Hi. I need a room." The desk clerk was an older woman who looked tired and worn-out. She said, "How many nights will you be staying?" Anderson Reed pondered for a second and said, "Three days. I think for the weekend. So, Today, Saturday and Sunday." She started typing in the computer and said, "Alright, How many adults in the room?" Reed said, "Just me." The woman looked at him. She thought, "Yeah, sure, I've heard that one before." She continued typing. She then said, "Okay, checkout will be on Sunday at 11:00 AM. I need a credit card." Reed gave her a frosty look. He then said, "Hey, How much?" The woman fiddled with the computer and said, "Oh, I'm sorry. It will cost $95.95 per night and it will be 319.95 for three nights, including taxes." Reed gave her an even harder look. He took out the credit card and gave it to her. He said, "Price has gone up a bit since I last stayed here." "When was the last time you stayed here?" "Oh, it was years ago."

It was almost 7:00 PM and Eleanor Kingston arrived near the Motel 6. She parked a few blocks away and walked to the motel. As she walked, she thought to herself, "Just like old times. For f*cks sake, what was I thinking back then." She arrived at the motel and made her way to the room Reed had texted her. The room was at the farthest end of the property. It was on the second floor and it didn't appear that many people were around. The parking lot was not full in this part of the motel complex. Most of the guest appeared to be in rooms closer to the center of the building. At least, that's what she thought because of where all the cars were parked. She had a large hand bag and she held on to it tightly. She made her way to the stairwell and up to the second floor. She got to the room and knocked on the door.

Reed answered the door. He had a plastic cup in hand. Eleanor entered the room and looked around. Reed gave her a vicious smile and said, "Hello Ellie. Glad you could make it." Eleanor did not respond. She was scanning the room. She noticed the two beds with the orange accent wall behind. She looked at the small table in the corner and saw "Jack Daniels Black Label old number 7." She noticed that it was almost empty. There was another bottle of "Jack Daniels Silver Select Tennessee Whiskey." That one was open and looked like Reed had gone through half of it. She looked at Reed and said, "I see you've been having a one man party." Reed walked over to her and said, "Well yes, the party has started. But, I wouldn't say it was a one man party." Reed looked over at the bathroom door and a man walked out. He said, "Hi. My name is Jack." Reed smiled and said, "I figured, the more, the merrier." Then he laughed.

Eleanor's heart skipped a beat. She was not expecting this. Reed sat on the bed and he said, "I invited my friend Jack to tag along. Since we are rekindling are old ways, I figured why not. Let's make it a threesome." He looked at Jack and Jack looked at Eleanor. They both laughed. Eleanor was standing there deciding. Reed said, "First things first. Let's have the money." Eleanor said, "There is no money." Reed got serious fast. His buzz was now gone. He screamed, "What? What do you mean there is no money?" Eleanor said, "I need more time." She back away from both men, Reed on the bed and Jack next to the bathroom. They both looked agitated. Eleanor said, "I thought we could work something out until I could get the money." Reed was still sitting on the bed and now he leaned back, laid down. Jack started heading for the small table to make himself a drink and that's when it happened.

Eleanor pulled out a survival hunting knife from her hand bag. The knife was stainless steel and 14 inches in length. She moved fast, faster then she ever thought possible. She went for Jacks carotid artery and she did not miss. One deep and swiping pass was all she needed. Jack grabbed for his neck and collapsed. Reed was on the bed sprawled out with his eyes closed. By the time he heard Jack hit the ground, he opened his eyes only to see Eleanor in mid-flight descending upon him. She had the blade overhead, gripped by two hands and heading down to his center mass. He gasped in surprise and that cost him dearly. The blade came down and punctured between the chest cavity. Before he could react, Eleanor in a state of psychotic rage stabbed him another three times. She continued until the count reached 20 plus. There was blood everywhere. She stopped after she realized that Reed was dead. She sat in the blood next to his corpse. She was breathing heavily but it was subsiding. She then said, "How's that for a threesome. F***ing A**hole."

THE PREDATOR ELITE:S1/CH5/"PRIVACY"

Season1/Chapter5
"Privacy"

Eleanor Kingston was in the kitchen. She was preparing dinner for herself and Atlas Kingston. Preparing dinner was always a chore for her. It reminded her that she was setting the table for two instead of three. Atlas walked in and sat at the table. he said, "Hi. It's going to be a wet one tonight." Eleanor said, "Yes, the weather channel said it was going to pour like cats and dogs tonight." Atlas took a glass and filled it with ice-tea. He took a second glass and filled that one for his wife. He said, "What are we having this evening?" Eleanor opened the oven and said, "Roasted chicken and vegetables. I also picked up an apple pie for desert." Atlas smiled and said, "Sounds delicious." They sat down and ate. As they ate, they both had thoughts about the empty third seat at the table.

"He would have been seventeen this October," said Atlas. Eleanor lowered her head and said, "Don't dwell on it. It will only tear you up further." Atlas got up and went to the refrigerator and got the apple pie. He came back to the table. Eleanor had two smaller plates and utensils waiting. She cut a slice for her and then one for Atlas. They each took a piece and started eating. Eleanor said, "When we are done with him, he will wish our son had never taken his class." Atlas looked at his wife and saw the steel demeanor. He said, "Yes dear. I believe you are right." Eleanor finished her pie and stood up. She gathered the rest of the empty plates and utensils. She placed them in the dishwasher and turned it on. Atlas said, "What about my plate?" Eleanor said, "Put it in the sink. I'll clean it later."

They went to the living room when Atlas was finished with his pie. They sat down and faced each other. Atlas said, "Is there something bothering you?" Eleanor said, "There are many things bothering me?" Atlas shifted in his seat and said, "I mean more than usual. You seem a tad out of sorts." She smiled and said, "I'm fine. We have a full plate and I worry sometimes. I'm sure things will work themselves out." She reached over to the coffee table and got the novel she was reading. Atlas watched his wife and said, "Are you sure? If it's our friend in the cellar, I wouldn't give it much thought." She smiled again and said, "Something has come up at work, I'll handle it." Atlas was keen to his wife's moods and he said, "If you need my help, please let me know." "It won't be a problem," she said. "Just a nuisance and unfinished business." Atlas was silent for a little while and then he said, "Is it going to be messy? You tend to make a mess." Eleanor shook her head and said, "You handle things your way and I'll handle things my way." She stop reading and looked at him. She then said, "Makes for a strong and healthy marriage. Don't you agree?" Atlas shook his head and said, "Yes dear. It does."

Atlas went to bed early as usual. Eleanor continued reading her novel. Once she was sure Atlas was fast asleep, she got her cell phone and dialed Anderson Reed. He answered on the first ring. He said, "Hello beautiful. How goes it?" Eleanor was not in the mood and she got right to business. She said, "I got the money. Where and when?" Reed said, "Hold up. Not so fast. Let's talk a little." Eleanor said, "This is not a social call. Let's get this done so I'll never have to see you again." Reed started to get angry. He said, "Well, if that's how you want to be, so be it." "When and where," said Eleanor. Reed said, "The Motel Six out on U.S.1. We'll have our privacy." He then laughed and was amused with himself. Eleanor said, "That's where, when?" "How about tomorrow night, say around 7:00 PM. Is that good for you?" Eleanor said, "Fine, I'll be there." She hung up. She felt relief because Reed was still predictable. She leaned back in her chair and thought, "Yes, we will have our privacy."

THE PREDATOR ELITE:S1/CH4/"VULTURE"

Season1/Chapter4
"Vulture"

Eleanor Kingston, wife to Atlas Kingston, showered and got dress for work. She is a librarian by trade. She works at the Davie, Florida Downtown Library. She works there part-time and enjoys every minute of it. She went in today, like every other day, feeling happy and joyous. She loves books and the information they hold. She loves reading and helping others to develop a love for it also. In this new age of Amazon Kindle, she has had to keep up with technology. People do a lot of their reading on laptops, cell phones, ebook readers and other types of tablets. The library has conformed to this and so has she. She has learn how to use the information in this new form and is quite adapt at teaching others. Her time at the library serves to help her forget about the things that troubles her. She is so pleased that she has continued with the library even though she doesn't need the job.

She is at the help desk today and it's a little bit busy. She helps one customer set up an account with the library. She helps another learn how to access the library app for use on her phone and IPad. She helps another look for a book, the old fashion way. She had to smile at that one. The next customer up brings her into a state of shock. His name is Anderson Reed. He is standing there just gawking at her. He doesn't say anything at first and then he speaks. He said, "Hi Ellie." She looks around and no one appears to notice her state of shock. She doesn't reply. He continues, "Hi. It's been a long time." Still, Eleanor says nothing. The silence grows and there are other customers waiting behind him. He looks around slowly and said, "I need to speak to you. I think it's best if we do it in private." Eleanor Kingston gathers herself and takes a step back from the counter. She said, "where do you want to meet?" He said, "How about in one of the quiet rooms." Eleanor shakes her head in agreement and said, "Okay, go to room number 2C. It should be free. I'll meet you there in five minutes."

She heads over to room 2C. The quiet rooms are rooms used by people doing research, studying and/or using books that can not leave the library. Upon entering, she finds Anderson Reed sitting at the table in the room. He is giving her his best devilish look. She closes the door and pulls down the blind. She does the same to the rest of the blinds in the room so no one can see inside the room. She locks the door and then takes a seat at the table opposite Anderson Reed. She then said, "What do you want?" Reed is silent for a moment and said, "I wanted to see you. It's been a long time, almost ten years." Eleanor wasn't smiling. She was not being cordial. Some would say, she appeared irritated. She said, "Like I said, What do you want?"

Reed said, "Okay, okay. You are the same old Ellie, straight to the point." He leaned back in his chair and said, "You still look good. How old are you now? 38, 39." Eleanor just listened. She was waiting for the truth. Reed shook his head. He then said, "Look, I heard you came into some money. I wanted to look you up and congratulate you." Eleanor now understood. She thought to herself, "Vulture, f*cking vulture. Here to pick at the carcass." Eleanor said, "So, you heard I had some money and you've come to get your cut?" Reed's facial expression got real serious. He said, "Yeah, something like that. I thought you could spare a million or two." Eleanor laughed and said, "Well, I don't have any money to give you. So, you can f*ck off and go to hell."

Reed sat up straight and said, "I don't think so honey. There are things that I know and will share, with your husband. I don't think you want that." Eleanor closed her eyes and squinted. She then opened them and said, "So, you are here to blackmail me." Reed said, "Blackmail is such a harsh word. Let's look at it as an agreement between two old lovers." Eleanor's flesh crawled at the memory of her having slept with Reed." "Don't look so disgusted," he said. "I remember how much you enjoyed are times together. What was it? Two, Three times a week, when Atlas was at work on the night shift." Eleanor said, "That was over ten years ago. I was a much different person. It's old news now and bad memories." Reed said, "Speaking of bad memories, I'm sorry for your loss. Children should never go before their parents." Eleanor gave him an indifferent look. She said, "Yes, I can hear the sincerity in your voice." Reed did not like her tone. He said, "He was gay wasn't he and that's partially the cause of his death." Eleanor was insane with rage but she did not let it show. She said, "Alright, I'll get you the money. I need your phone number to arrange time and place. Reed looked at her the way a fox looks at a defenseless hen. He said, "One more thing, I think we should have a go for old times sake." Eleanor did not answer but took out her cell. She then said, "What's your number?"

THE PREDATOR ELITE:S1/CH3/"THE CELLAR"

Season1/Chapter3
"The Cellar"

It was morning and Atlas Kingston was home with his wife, Eleanor. He got up early as usual and went to the bathroom. He returned to the bedroom and looked at his beautiful wife peacefully sleeping. It was 6:00 AM. She opened her eyes slightly and said, "Attie, up as usual. Is everything alright?" Atlas said, "Yes dear. All is well. I'm just going down to the cellar to check on our guest." She gave him a smile. she then closed her eyes and went back to sleep. Atlas got dress and went into the kitchen. He admired the room and it's surrounding. He and Eleanor bought the home a year ago after they won the money. They especially like the property because of the cellar. It was rare to find a home with a cellar in southern Florida.

The cellar was the size of a small apartment. It was almost a house onto itself. It had multiple rooms. The carpenter found it strange when Atlas requested the larger of the rooms be made sound proof. Atlas said, "I have need of a room for my wine along with a built in humidor. I'd like to come down maybe drink and smoke with some friends. I don't want to disturb the wife." The carpenter smiled and said, "O.K." Atlas also requested an armor type door be placed for entry. He said, "I have some wine bottles that are quite expensive." Again, the carpenter smiled and did his work. When it was all said and done, the room resemble more of a holding cell then a room for drinking and storing wine. As far as Atlas was concern, the room was perfect.

Atlas unlocked the door leading to the cellar. He turned on the lights and slowly descended the steps. Once he was at the bottom, he turned on the rest of the lights to the cellar. He went over to the small kitchen in the room and reached into one of the kitchen drawers. He removed a key and went over to the largest room in the cellar. The door was iron and sturdy. He unlocked it and went in. Atlas had made some changes to the room also. He had installed a rectangular cage that could hold a grown man. He walked over to the cage and looked at its' occupant. The man was in his early 20's. He looked as if he were starving and suffering from dehydration. Atlas pulled up a chair and sat in front of him. He was laying down in the cage because there wasn't enough room to stand. He could only sit up. He looked up slowly at Atlas. He said, "Water, food." Atlas just kept looking at him and did not answer. The man said, "Please. Water, food." Atlas then got up, left the room, went to the kitchen and got the two items. He returned with a Styrofoam cup filled with water and two slices of bread. He gave it to the man and sat down. The man took them and said, "Thank you."

Eleanor was in the kitchen preparing breakfast. When Atlas returned from the cellar, she said, "How is he?" Atlas said, "He's alive." Eleanor brought over the toast, the boiled eggs and some butter. She sat down and they ate breakfast. Eleanor said, "How long are we going to keep him?" Atlas said, "We are going to keep him until the pain of our loss subsides." Eleanor nodded. She poured some coffee for both and they drank. They were quiet for awhile. Eleanor then said, "Should we worry that someone may come looking for him?" Atlas place his cup down on the table and said, "It's been six months and no one has come looking so far. I doubt anyone will." Eleanor looked at her husband and said, "I love you dear." Atlas with great caring and warmth said, "I love you too my dear."
